1. All items are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
2. Damages caused by personal reasons, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
3. Items with quality issues resulting from unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation, or tampering with labels or anti-counterfeiting markers are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Pictures and information are for reference only, and there may be color variations between the actual product and the images due to lighting conditions and differences in display monitors. The actual product shall prevail.
5. For items received, if there are any quality issues after 48 hours, returns and exchanges will not be provided.
6. If there are quality issues, please provide clear and visible photos of the problem areas and email them to us for review.
7. When returning or exchanging items, please make sure to keep the original branded packaging box or bag intact, including accessories, labels, instruction manuals, etc. The shipping receipt, delivery courier manifest (if there is an invoice or gift), should also be returned together with the product. If the returned item is missing the receipt, or has damaged/lost packaging, we will be unable to assist you, even within the return period.
